Fall session 1 - Thursdays -september 7th - October 19, 2017 (7 weeks)
Class Name Time Class Description
Class 1 6:30 - 7:20 pm. West Coast Swing From Scratch (No experience required)
Class 2 7:20 - 8:10 pm. West Coast Swing All Levels (Moves and footwork everyone should know)
Class 3 8:20 - 9:00 pm. West Coast Swing Intermediates (Mustknow all basics and have been dancing for a year) Focus will be on technique, timing and connection!

Come out Dancing!

Join us for our semi-monthly dances in Syracuse! They are on the 1st & 3rd Fridays of every month. I play a mix of West Coast Swing, Hustle, Nightclub 2 Step, Waltz, Salsa, Country 2 Step, and ballroom. It's a DJ music mix: Pop, Blues, R&B, Contemporary, and Funk, Country, and more.

Two Dance Floors. I take requests!

Cost: $5.00.
NOTE: Time: 9:00 PM – 11:30PM IF I am there, there will be a lesson, otherwise the dance starts at 8 pm.

About Steve

Steven Ryan is a professional dancer who has been dancing for more than 25 years, and has won numerous dance competitions throughout that time in jazz, theatre arts, hustle &, west coast swing. He is an advanced level swing dancer on the international circuit. He has choreographed many swing dance routines that were performed by class members at local dances and at the Syracuse Symphony. He’s a firm believer in strong technique. He is also the founder of The Syracuse Swing Dance Society. He has been teaching swing for 17 years and stays current by attending and competing at National Events.
